Per-Seat
This license is provided for single-users and small organizations.
Note: licensing validation within fmDataGuard considers every user that accesses the database(s), not just those users who have the fmDataGuard plug-in installed or activated. In other words, the FileMaker function Get( UserCount ) will be compared against the number or users purchased to validate the availability of the plug-in without regard to which users have the plug-in installed or enabled.
Per-Server
This license is provided for organizations with 9 or more users connecting to a single FileMaker Server. There is no additional per-user cost associated with all clients connected to a single FileMaker Server machine. The plug-in should be installed on the Server to cover External APIs as well as on each FileMaker client machine.
Per-Vertical Application
This license is provided for vertical application developers and supports a single FileMaker-based application. There is no limit to the number of distributions of this single application. Additional applications require their own license.
Note: This license requires a signed contract between holder and WorldSync which stipulates the single application to be supported.
